This License Agreement (“License”) is between you (“Licensee,” “you”) and Framentor (“Licensor,” “we,” “us”). By using the components provided by Framentor, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Framentor’s components for the duration of your subscription. You may use these components on your own websites or on client websites.

2. Permitted Uses

3. Prohibited Uses

• Do not resell or distribute the components as part of your own component library.
• Do not use the components in a manner that competes with our Service.

6. Disclaimer

The components are provided “as is,” without any warranties. Use them at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our components, including website malfunctions.

7. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this License shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.

8. Changes to the License

We reserve the right to modify this License at any time. Your continued use of the components after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
